Guys i need help in the below mentioned e-mailed, which i received on June 28, It's urgent.

Dear Mr. Nizami,

This regards your application for immigration to Canada in the Skilled Workers category.

After further verifications, the National Textile College & Management Institute -- Campus Faisalabad, is not an institution that meets the requirements of Section 73 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, in that it is not recognised by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan as an institution with degree awarding capacity. It is therefore not possible to award points under the adaptability factor for your wife's education pursuant to Section 83 of the Regulations

You are hereby given 30 days to make representation in this regard. We look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,

You are required to contact HEC and the concerned institute and if the institute was recognized at the time of degree award then provide the proof otherwise you may loose the granted points of your wife's education.

In my opinion get the followings:

Institute:
They must have a reference letter in which they awarded HEC certified institute.

HEC:
NOC / A letter from HEC that recognized your college/university

I think without waiting further take your certificate to the concerned college and request for award letter issued by respective university. Or you can approach HEC to certify the degree.
