Please advise regarding the following,

I am maintaining required balance in my bank account for some time. Now if I will have to transfer money to some one else's account and transfer back to my account after few weeks. Will it affect VISA decision? Also will questions be asked about money going out and then coming back to my bank account?

Order latest CAIPS / GCMS and see if POF is required and what is your next BFD / Due Date...
Then a proper advise can be given on your above question.

I am planning to send my application this week. As i am doing it myself i want some advice from the persons who had already applied. Please answer soon. I know I am asking a lot, reply for any of the question is highly appreciated.
Form:schedule 3(IMM 008):
1.Row12b(work exp): I am not able to type my main duties in the space provided as it has word limit. Should I attach a separate sheet? Or can I use pen for this particular column to add remaining duties?
2.Row11:
assets: I have term-deposit which is equal to amount required by CIC.I have a property on my name.can i show my property value in this?
liabilities:I have taken mortgage so should i mention mortgage value in this?
settlement fund:this should be (assets -liabilities) or (only the term deposit fund available with me?)
Proof of settlement fund should be term-deposit copy or should i include property papers and mortgage papers too?

I have completed my B.Tech in six years but the course was of 4 years (actually I got admission in 2000 but I did not attend the college for 2 years due to some personal reasons and then I took re-admission in 2002 and completed my B.tech in 2006.So I practically I completed in 4 years only but my transcript shows that I took admission in 2000 so theoretically its 6 years).Also I have completed my M.Tech in 3 years but course was of 2 years.In my WES ECA report they have mentioned course duration 4 year for B.tech and 2 years for M.tech, even when I have provided the correct years taken by me.
So Number of years of education in total should be 12+4+2 or the actual years taken by me 12+6+3?
2.Contact information:
They have mentioned you must add either PO Box or street number for your address. As I live in India I don't have both for my address. What should I do?

I am working from 09/2007 to present in same company. I also completed M.tech from 09/2007 to 02/2010 from in-house university of my company and for this I also have ECA report. So should I mention both in my personal history or only the work in my company?
Also space name of company/institute is not sufficient to fill full college or company name. Should I use abbreviation or should I attach separate sheet? Or can I use pen for this particular column?
3.Row 10 Government position:
In example for government position they have included civil servant,judge, police officer, security organization employee etc.I am working in a government research center as chemical engineer with scientific officer post.so should I fill this form? If yes then what should I write in level of jurisdiction (national,regional,municipal).My company comes under central government.

if you know someone in canada then it's very cheap and easy. Just following below steps.

Below is the online form to order the initiate ATIP request a.k.a caips/Gcms notes request.

You need to fill consent form/signed it and send to your friend who will attach the form in online request.

Don't worry dear. The train will be on track as soon as the new visa quota will be assigned to all visa offices program manager. Most probably by end of August/September.

The same sitiation was last year with main application forum and record visa stamped in last quarter of last year.

Thanks SMSH. The last CAIPS which I received at the end of last year, there is no mention of POF. I have ordered CAIPS again which I will get next month, hopefully. What in your opinion, will they ask for POF with Police Certificates.

Most probably the PPR is on the way, BUT "Decision Made" could mean denial of application also.

I hope they will not take long time to update me!

Congrates in Advance for your PPR (Which is on the way)....My timelines are almost same as yours, but my status still shows "In process" this last moment waits is killing me also......

Coolguy is right but i want to share my exp.. my file wad also in PVO, my e-cas status changed to decision made on 1st june, on 3rd i sent csi to PVO asking about PPR explaining that my few decisions are long pending onlt due to this case, few hours later i got my PPR by e-mail but whole credit gies to coolguy as i followet his FRENCH E-MAIL FUNDA which also worker for me.

Let me clarify one thing. It is not necessary that you must have a relative in Canada to order this. All you have to have is someone who is a permanent resident or a citizen or Canada (he or she can be your friend or anyone). The cost of ordering the CAIPS notes is Canadian Dollars 5 only and if someone is charging any extra then its not CIC's fee, it is going in his pocket. You can download the form from the following link:

All you have to do is to simply fill out this form and don't forget to check "Email" in option number 3 in the form where they have asked "How do you wish to receive the records?".

There is nothing to worry about as i send my updated forms in May 2012 and didn't received any acknowledgement from them. Just couple of days back i got another letter in which they asked me to send the updated PCC within 45 days. So chill................

First of all, remember one thing, the Canadian High Commission never acknowledges the receipt of any kind of documents. The second thing is nowadays, all of their staff inside Canada as well as on all the major Embassies, High Commissions and Consulates are on strike for a pay rise so obviously, one cannot expect their reply.

Finally, as far as this problem on e-case, do not worry about it. This is something related to some system error / bug and i have personally seen hundreds of people (from different parts of the world) having exactly the same problem. I think they have not noticed it so far or its a time taking problem thats why it is still appearing even after several weeks.
