Just a tip

In subject put your file number your name (last name, first name) and if you know code of your Visa officer from Case notes of e.g

Re: Application for permanent residence in Canada FILE: B05****** NAMES: R***I, *** BADAR (MCH)

resend the CSI hopefully it will work in getting quicker reply.

IF WE SEE ON OTHER FORUMS, STILL 2009 APPLICANTS ARE EVEN WAITING FOR MEDICAL REQUEST. DOES IT MEAN THAT 18 MONTHS LETTER HOLDERS ARE IN LAST OF THIS WAITER LIST.BECAUSE OF THIS LONG WAITER LIST, I'M FEARED THAT IF WE COULD GET VISAS EVEN IN LATE 2014.

Don't worry dear. The train will be on track as soon as the new visa quota will be assigned to all visa offices program manager. Most probably by end of August/September.

The same sitiation was last year with main application forum and record visa stamped in last quarter of last year.

Please advise regarding the following,

I am maintaining required balance in my bank account for some time. Now if I will have to transfer money to some one else's account and transfer back to my account after few weeks. Will it affect VISA decision? Also will questions be asked about money going out and then coming back to my bank account?

I guess it is not a problem to transfer funds but make sure that it will not create any doubt when your VO request for an updated copy of your proof of funds. If not necessary better to keep intact otherwise, use the money.

For me, I just kept it in the bank until the time I got the visa just to avoid any questions or delays in the processing.

get a statement if u recive any request soon, u can use it, otherwise after one week u can again make the new statment. but take care, keeping funds is also one criteria same as marks, medical, security. thrfore dont take it normal, nekeol

Paper file sent to NSB : BF file to NSB on 27-07-2013

No other change, updated docs sent in Dec-2012 has been added in the caipsnote.

hopefully get MED in Aug.

Wats ur take in this seniors.
