Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Arsh, that exactly I wrote. Why few got transferred and few left in LVO. I have gone thru many GCMS notes of applicants as follows:

(1) For example where in GCMS notes sec its written need updated POF they will get UDR + 18 mo wait letter.

(2) Where the file sent to ECU (I guess, new name is ECD), this means reassessment. These applicants are in danger zone but not all.

(3) Most interesting, where VO is not fully satisfied & applicants got 67 marks or more - they also moved to ECU. Hence no MR for these applicants until further checks come satisfactory

Bro I guess the above post by sudha answered ur all concerns, Plz go to prrvious pages... Even if it's about ECU, it's more of BG checks not reassessment , moreover when we got these letters, it was the time they sliced very genuine cases via JD mismatch, it's not logical to keep such backlogs with doubts in mind, first keeping it for 12 months and then for another 18 months, asking for Updated docs and specially when they are pushed to cut down backlog ..... please don't create panic bro and try to prepare urself as the cap is of 300 per category only

Thank u so much for giving me ur precious time.Sir have u heard or seen somewhere that some of pre 2008 applicants getting caips written just"ur file is suspended due to OB0442"if yes then do u think that VO has suggested MR for me?or he has recommended me for further processing until issuance of MR?and in last that do u think that he has awarded me 67 marks?

That suggests:
1. Ur file is with ECU for reAssessment.
2. Meds r not assured, yet.

If u had cleared the 'eligibility' criterion [viz. 2nd AOR] it suggests that u had received the 67 or above.

Thanks bro for giving inside by Qorax on what ECU does with Pre 2008 applicants, bro I highly insist to check the last discussion we had on this topic last year, on same thread If it has something, they suspend it instead Of UDR, come on bro pray for best and stay positive

ECU section is only located in NDVO, if you go to early pages on this thread majority of the wait letter holders have posted their GCMS notes and you won't find anything mentioning ECU for LVO

ECU is not restricted to NDVO only

For London office also, cases are outsourced to ECU

Please explain me what is caips / gcms and how to avail caips/gcms.
The reply of my csi in April was background checks pending. I am still waiting for MR after submitting updated documents in Oct-2012.

Should i avail caips / gcms or to wait.

I have sent my updated documents to london visa office recently. I just wrote my file no like (B000000000) on envelop and didn't write (EFL) along with file no. I want to ask all is it necessary to write (EFL) along file no or is it ok? one more thing how much time visa office will take to issue PPR1 after submitting updated documents. I done medical in February and sent RPRF along with PCC in March. I got request updated forms on 2 May.
