Anyone (all UDR guys who have submitted the docs) applied for GCMS/CAIPS so far??

Hi All
In response to my CSI, i got following reply:

Please be advised that the file in question is still undergoing background checks.
Please be advised that this is a lengthy process, we will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of the file.


This reply shows that our applications are put on further hold for indefinate period and LVO waiting for some instructions from CIC.

I HAVE SERVED AS A CIVILIAN INSTRUCTOR IN PAKISTAN NAVY. TAUGHT AS AN INSTRUCTOR IN NAVAL ENGINEERING SCHOOL WITH NAVAL UNIFORMED COMMANDERS ETC., WHILE MINE SERVICES WERE SAME AS NAVAL INSTRUCTOR, BUT MY STATUS WAS CIVILIAN INSTRUCTOR, AND NEVER AVAILED/TREATED ANY FACILITY LIKE UNIFORMED..... CIVILIAN INSTRUCTOR IS ALSO MENTIONED IN EXPERIENCE LETTER,PROVIDED BY PAKISTAN NAVY AND HAS ALREADY BEEN SENT TO CIC.

SHOULD I CONSIDER ME AS MILITARY SERVANT IN THE LIGHT OF CIC MILITARY SERVICE FORM??

I consider misrepresentation an evil act.. do you have any id proof for your service? do you have all the answers CIC asked in the form?
if you have all these, then go ahead and answer. You can also attach a cover letter describing your detail JD and supporting it with your experience letter.

Like you the reply of my csi in April 13 was background checks pending. I am still waiting for MR after submitting updated documents in Oct-2012.

is this real situation or they just pending our case

According to Current Processing Times I should get the Visa in 1st Quarter of 2014 insha Allah

I got it through TCS Visatronics and payed roughly 1500. My timeline is given in the sheet. Anyway some details are below.

Full documents sent 25-Jul-2010
Processing started 14-Mar-2012
got letter of 6-12 months 6-Apr-2012
request for updated documents 7-Oct-2012
Medical on 14 May 2013

We can not give you any timeframe for the BGC, we will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of the file
I hope it is file delaying tactics, anyhwo I have applied for GCMS, let us what will be in the GCMS which I will receive on 18/06/2013 Inshallah.

They still have Islamabad in their list for MI-1 from the time frame of PVO looks like that the applicants have to do re medicals

Hi,

I want to update some information as new columns has been added to excel file.

As per my agent they have submitted my documents on 4-APRIL-2013
I did my medical on 6-APRIL-2013.

Till date my E-Case status is showing same as before. No extra line has been added.

One of my friend is having ID DHIMANIL in forum also got 18 Months letter dated 3-MAY-2013.

Please update the same.

"Medical results have been received"

Hope things are moving in PVO
