Ya Habibi,
I told very clearly it is a very good news insha Allah for thoz who shifted from LVO to Paris..
and now i can start believing that they may transfer to Paris whos NOC is still in demand :)
You still cannot get out of this high demand NOC thing, every MI is based on its own criteria and laws.

Hi,

I am another victim who also received a same drafted letter to send updated forms within 60 days and not anticipated to make a decision till 2014.

It's now getting in my nerves ..... whether they are working on applications or just dragging time... from 6-12 months and now 18 months...

earlier on which strategy they have sent 6-12 months wait letter?

SMSH, please update my updates on your list.

thank you

Welcome to Teenager Club +18
I have updated you in the list :)

Posted questions again,

[About proof of fund]
I have a question

I want to buy a car from the amount, that I showed as a PoF. Will it be OK, if i use that amount to buy a car?
When CHC ask of PoF, i would simply sale my car.

Sorry to say but I'm totally disagree with your on demand theory.

One of my friend and Jimmy_Page has the same NOC. My friend is being deal by Paris and Jimmy .. You know very well.

So we can't predict VO working at this time.

@Khan

I am not supporting this because my NOC is also same

OK let me explain in another way,,,may be they have transferred cases to Paris on one of the following reason with 8 months & with
updated forms with PCC request.

1. NOC in demand – (my claim) and it is very clear – a profession in demand, exceptions can be there....
2. Criteria & Law (your claim) please explain, for me it is not understandable
3. May be on the basis of rishwat and sifarish
4. Lucky Draw
5. Any other reason......

May b this transfer to paris is based on the no. of dependents on per application as every one is saying this delay is because of visa quota.

SMSH

can we include the column for no. of dependents. If members are willing to share
dont know how many more column we have to add in your sheet.

It is your money and you are free to do what you want to do with that money. If your funds are on a marginal level prescribed by CIC, it is advisable not to disturb it. However, if you have well above the prescribed figures, then go for the car. Do keep in mind that a car is always a depreciating asset (unless it is some kind of a vintage car) and the depreciation/re-sale rate after certain time can be found out checking the market or current users of that car model. Looking at the current trend, there is at least a period of 8 months till CIC may act on the wait letter holders case giving you some time to enjoy riding the car in your present location.

Thank for your reply.

If i withdraw money, the remaining amount would be below the CHC requirement.
