yup.........................despite of wat is written in letter...........applicants are getting desired update request on time............so forget 18 month ............ just waite n watch................everything will be fine n on time

By the way, EVEN with this 18 month wait letter, no matter what anyone says, I'm STILL sticking to my theory of "getting visa in 3 years from Full docs (+-3 months) for 80% MI-1 cases".

20% exceptions r always there....like Sibbi (full docs Nov 2009) does not have medical yet....and Jawad ali (full docs Aug 2010) has visa...

My friends who I am in contact with via phone (arsh, zeeshan, gillani, 2 calgary), know that since 1 year , even before/after we got 6-12 months wait letter, I have been saying this to them for the past 1 year:

"according to my timeline (full docs in end of October 2010) I expect
updated docs in March-April 2013,
medical by June-July 2013,
and visa by Dec 2013-Feb 2014.

I calculated the above estimated timelines (+3 years) for my own case, in Jan 2012...but with all these recent developments over the past 1 year (two wait letters), let's see what happens...only time will tell if my theory, which I made in start of 2012 (based on the visa results till Jan 2012), will come true or not. Results show that it has ALREADY come true in the PAST till end of 2012. Whether or not it comes true in FUTURE, that remains to be seen. I'm sure All will have MR in 2013....Visa, ofcourse, some in 2013, some in 2014.

remember when u got happy upon getting wait letter and thought we might get visa sooner, and I told u "I still think it ll take its full time of 3 years" mujhey jhooti umeedien dilanay walay, kahan ho tum

its great that they really started sending updated docs request to everyone, BUT BUT BUT with out MR and also in addition they want you to day dream about getting visa in 2013, aka- 18 months wait letter

any ways, some salt to our wounds to add from my side, and that is...........

as they mentioned to wait 12 months and surely we know its taking 10/12 months to get updated docs request.........so......

it will take at least another 16-18 months to get MR or maybe another updated docs request....so relax and wait guys and gals.....the wait is long until you reach your destination canada

Got online after quite a few days & saw these "18-Months & Paris VO" Stories going on. Hopefully, 2014 would be a symbolic figure (Max. limit) & some of us will be getting visa's in 2013 & others in 2014.

Regarding subject question, yes in my CAIPS that i got in Aug 2012 same comments are there;

1. Meds prepared
2. P-103 prepared

Yes these words were in my caips notes of May 2012. In my notes was mentioned "prepare medical keep in file" & so was asked for updated docs only in Oct 2012 and am waiting for medical.

New form doesnt have space for photos....if they asked from u send them separately in an envelop with name+DOB+file # on backside of each photo
