With the 18 month love letter, We just need to send them:
1. All updated forms (4 forms)
2. Passport copies (first 4 pages)
3. Email print out

That 's it ...right ?

We DO NOT need to send them our photographs/pictures OR this miltary form, right ?

rite but if military form is meniotned in email then send it also with "NONE" or "N/A" stated.

Welcome me to the new category of update forms request & 18 months wait letter.. Dont know I should be sad or happy for this?

Anyways- I think we should look forward and discuss what is required to be sent. We have worked hard so far and I believe there's a light at the end of tunnel (dont know how long the tunnel is .

I am sure everybody will get this letter sooner or later so I suggest everyone should be ready with the docs required so the same can be sent without any delay.

I got this request through email today.

Dear All
Today I got reply to my CSI regarding present status of case. They replied application is currently pending for background checks. Its totaly incorrect because as per caips notes all checks are over. So I think LVO is waiting for Visa quota and afterthat we will receive medical and it will be allocated after first quarter i.e. march

I've few questions in my mind:

1- What is P103?
2- Why they didn't ask latest photographs?
3- Why they didn't ask new PCC?
4- Why we're the victims of this delay (even the people from the same batch have different respones from LVO)
5- Why not make CSI during 18 months?

I got request today but are not making any sense of happiness

But it further says, "if u did not do military service, give reason, and provide proof of exemption from the service"?

Wat kind of proof ??? R we supposed to go to some military office n ask for some sort of exemption letter ? Have never heard of anyone get such a letter waisay.....

People who have seen the form, Any idea anyone?

thats confusing, this can be cleared from some military official if there is any examption letter/certificate exisitng in army (i havenot heared any)...........otherwise write another line on the same form that there is no exemption letter exists in military services of Pakistan.

Exemption letter/certificate is necessary in those countries where military service is mandatory for all cirizens..........In Pakistan this is not mandatory so i think there is no letter/certificate like that. For this we have to write just a 2 line explanation on same form.

Others comments are also needed........specially Army personales about this issue

That's why I'm also confused....since it has 2 parts....

If u did not do military service, give reason+provide proof of exemption from the service".

Give reason: we can write "In Pakistan, this is not mandatory. so N/A."

But Wat About "proof of exemption from this service" ????

I just also checked with my notary punlic guy (chaudhary brothers) from kachechri, and they said they said they ll make me an effidavite that military service is not applicable in pakistan...I think that might do...wat do u think ??
