First of all, I was kidding with u, as I consider u a friend like I consider arsh n zeeshan n I joke with them too..and I always appreciate your effort and positivity of forum...and dreams r good....every reality starts with a dream
so we all have dreams inshallah, Allah will make them true.
On the house topic..THIS IS WHAT I ve GATHERED from friend--NOT MY OWN analysis, SO NOT SURE and since this is WAY down the road, so I ll start thinking of this SERIOUSLY once I get visa....but here s wat I ve gathered so far from friends :
my destination (unlike most who go to toronto), is vancouver, which is the most expensive property in the world...my friends in vancouver canada were telling me that initially for one year, stay in a basement suite and save some money...since I don't have a lot of cash, just basic wala....After one year, when u have 10-20K cash, give that n lease a house, 3 options either:
1. A proper house (one half of duplex) for 3 lakh dollars (slightly old)
2. A town house (10 marla type) for 3 lakh dollars (brand new)
3. An apartment/flat for 1.75 lakh dollars (I don't like this option)
So I really haven't gone into this detail..will do, IF n WHEN the time comes....
As for u, IF u have cash, u can BUY, since leasing is a hassel...but do check, as I ve heard if u buy a house after 1 year, u get some sort of rebate....I don't know details again....but I will share IF I find somthing WHEN our time is close....we should research before hand, but the ACTUAL situation will be clear once we go there....pehley visa to milay, ye cheezien to ho jaein gee
