Just now noticed that online status request form cannot take input ????,,,,look like there is a problem or CIC is finally upgrading the status form...let hope for the best....this is my personal opinion..

Date of birth + country tabs are not taking input.

I am still not sure about that TCS thing, how it works.... but someone confirmed me that Shadab's (the only person who got MR after Wait letter) name was there in that TCS courier.... so new numbers are updated... fresh delivery of 6 Oct... Names not updated yet but origin and destinations are:
30021898411 till 30021898546

I was on the phone with a "senior forum member" (u know who, Arsh) and his friend, who is another forum memeber from Karachi, (MI-2 case) received call from TCS today to collect medicals...this guy sent full docs in JAN-2011...and 'was in-process with date' since August 2011.....

So Arsh bro, this tcs list thing does seem to be correct...

Bro, this guy is from MI-2....we are all MI-1....I know some people from MI-2 who r sitting in canada since 4-5 months...Processing of MI-1 is slower than MI-2 and 3...
Someone from MI-2 I know, their case took 11 months, and another one s case took 14 months (from application to visa)....In our case, we are all over 2 years...so MI-1 is the slowest of them all...ALL MI-1 cases have taken over 2 years...some have even taken 3-4 years...

My tukka of the reason of delay for MI-1 could be :
MI-2 has 20,000 cases...MI-3 has 10,000 cases.....MI-1 had about 4.5 lakh cases....so MI-1 is MUCH bigger pool ....but this is just my guess...

Ok, if u sent your initial application in April 2010, and full docs in October 2010, u are MI-1.....same like us all...I think this "wait letter forum" has ALL MI-1 applicants...

Guys check this link, updates now till 2nd quarter 2012. LVO rejected 83% of the MI1 cases in the last 12 months.

But these are local shipments how can they be the MRs'? i think these are the general couriers sent by people within Pakistan.

Cant believe the data, it says FSW inventory for MI1 as at 1 July 2012 is only 19,188 persons for LVO. Can you guys also check and comment. Does it mean we all will be getting the visas insha Allah by / before 2013……

Yes this is figure that stands at June 30, 2012. So they still have 6 months to go. I dont have office wise number of visas issued in 2012. But overall 30k FSW visas have been issued so far in 2012. So my <guess> is that this figure of 19k may go down to 14k by Dec 2012 as LVO has around 8.7k from MI 1 and 2 to finalise. So if it is 14k by end of 2012 and Mr. Tim Leahy and his co lawyers are not able to convince court on Pre Feb 2008 cases, we will sail through InshAllah. Otherwise yugabuga
