is it still possible that wait letter holders get refusal because of their eligibility?? or what could be the possible rejection reasons for wait letter holders?

and as per the letter, case is reviewed and found eligible for furthur processing

After discussing with notable persons of immigration, different CAIPS and GCMS study and sharing views and experience at different forums ,I think 'holders' are in safe zone as far as pre-medical assessment is concerned .Only two milestones are ahead ,MR and BC.
I hope and pray for help of ALMIGHTY ALLAH

A very good question and you hit the right spot but need some answers from different people also, there is one thing that from CAIPS notes of one of the applicants that the file has been sent for review I think there is something fishy

a quick question, One thing is common in almost all wait letter holders' CAIPS.
BFD To: BZZ dd/mm/2013

does it mean that application will be bring forward to BZZ(supposedly a VO?) in 2013..
It doesn't look like a VO but it looks like ECU as with Indian applicants

I hope I am not right but there is something wrong with the wait letter applicants, I am not saying their names because it's bad, one has a wait letter and the other one has updated documents request and both lives in the same city which is Lahore and both are from LVO

It wont die bro, since there is almost no activity at CHC these days, so its better to be a silent observer & stay positive than assuming anything negative :)
May God bless all of us with success.......

Due to summer lots of Visa officers will also be on vacations, so the until Sep the movement will be very slow. They will gear up again in Sep .

In summer there is heavy traffic of visitor and tourist visas so thats one reason of their resources being occupied in mentioned category.

My brother under noc 0213 applied in Apr 2010. Ecas turned into inprocess on May 28th and it stated that a letter has been sent. He to date hasn't received any letter. Ecas shows his old address, when he contacted LVO, he was told that they have his new address in the system and that "No Letter Has Been Sent". I requested his GCMS, got them yesterday. They state that he has passed his eligibility and that VO has requested PA updated forms and Kit.... Docs due date is set as as Sept 28th 2012. I was so surprised that what a miscommunication from LVO as they said no letter has been sent. >:( Will be shooting another email in next few days.

After January 2013, the immigration point-scoring criteria would change. Language skills points would be tougher and the age limit would decrease to ensure maximum participation of younger immigrants. Younger immigrants… because Canada`s 48 per cent workforce would be between the age of 45 to 64 by 2015, which would increase in the coming years.
Besides, a new stream of skilled tradespersons would be introduced to cover the shortages of industrial workers in industrial mechanics, heavy equipment operators, building trades, steel and iron trades, automotive trades and welders etc. If these were present in the past, the hints reflect they would include them again.

please advice;

i added my new borns in the application back in May 2012, through the demand draft of 300 CAD. should i ask LVO if they have recieved my package? package include our updated form and all new born relevant documnet along with the fee.

and where should I shoot this e mail? i meant e mail address.....

thanks
