Hi All,

Just to let you know that today i have again received a 12 months wait letter Stating that ''My application was reviewed by an officer and found eligible for processing and that i should wait 6-12 months for next steps and that i should not contact CHC in the next 12 months as such enquiries won't be answered However any updates welcome''

I got similar letter on 24th April after which a line appeared in my ecas that my application is in process.

It might be a copy of your previous letter, if it is similar to the previous one. What is the date on that letter, though it doesnt matter as they have printed these letters in bulk and they are writing on it with hands... sort of 'Pamphlet' they distributed to us for upcoming 'Jalsa' :) ... so dont worry bro.. Bayshak, God will help us all Inshallah....

dear Arsh Ali is this confirm that LVO officers are on leave?

There is nothing called confirmation. It is a general understanding that most of "expat employees" take vacations during summer to match up with their kids vacations and to travel back to their home countries. Assuming that mostly "Immigration decision makers" in London office would be from Canada, they might be off during summer to travel back and spend vacations in Canada.

No dear, I never approved one :) ... just kidding.... As emoo said, its trend we all talk about, no one can tell you anything confirmed....

even thought mr.eemmoo1 and mr.arsh ali, you may both be right to a certain extent BUT, surely, its NOT a high school its CHC, so, even some of them goes for vacation back home(ca) but MOSTLY will not go/cant go, as they have to deal with millions of immi. files, student visa, visit visa and MORE, so may be during summer the output from CHC's output might slowdown a little because of "let's assume" 3% work force on vacation, but, CIC surely have a rotation plan for their employees to go on vacation, ESPECIALLY. now, after Mr.kenndey hits the reset button, its not possible to slow down significantly even in summer.

Yar bhai ap to serious ho gai... The members who guessed about 'leaves theory', descirbed it as one of the possible reason for slow work progress at CHC these days.... Kenney nay jo bhi plan kia ho or the working patterns in CHCs are their headache... We just hope to get things we are interested in ASAP, inshallah.. cheers bro :)
