Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

I need following information from those who have completed their medicals;
1. Either medical results will be sent to CIC by applicant or by concerned health center ( I'm in Lahore). No clear instructions are given in mail by CIC.
2.Is the " Right of permanent residence fee" 980CAD for complete family or for each individual.
3.What is most reliable/approved source ( bank etc) accepted to CIC for getting bank draft (980CAD).
4.Are "National savings certificates" are accepted as a proof of liquid funds.

My friend need an expert advice on filling “Additional Family Information Form".

His concern is ;

When his spouse will fill her form , will she enter her details in "Applicant" column , and her husbands details in Spouse Column. / or she will be filling her details in Spouse Column , and her husband ,(Principal Applicant) details in Applicant Column , followed by her parents information , and her brother and sisters information in following sections.
My cousin / has confusion that since he is the Principal Applicant , and his name is supposed to be mentioned in Applicant Column.

I am looking forward for your advice through return mail.

1. Medical results are confidential , and sent by IOM directly to CIC
2. This is for entire family
3. Get DD from any Exchange Company - DD is the best way
4. They need Cash In Bank - You may try by sending a certificate from your National Saving Center , addressed to CHC Laondon UK , that these are your funds , write a note / letter to Visa officer that these will be liquidated upon requirement - I am sure they will accept this.
