You can automate alerts on changes made in SMSH sheet in 24 hours, like I have done it for me. Everytime SMSH updates the sheet, I get an alert with highlighted rows and columns changed in last 24 hours.

How to:

Go to same SMSH google sheet and in the header link you'll find "Tools" . Click it and then go to "Notification Rules". In popup box, "Add Notification rule" . In options select "Any changes are made" and "Email Daily Digest". Then click "Done".

For activating email alert for you, you should have gmail account already logged in.

I also have the similar timelines as Sazzadkv have ... Even our PCC reached to CIC on the same day.

Only the difference is .. He got E file number ...

Bank Draft/Bank Cheque in Canadian Dollars ---RPFR 490 accepted-

but in the link they mention--

Canadian dollar drafts where the “clearing bank” is not in Canada (check with your bank if you are unsure)

what does this line means ?? we cannot send them Canadian drafts ???

Don't worry. Go to any money changer and tell him that you want to send a draft to Canada in Canadian dollars. Actually, it happens quite frequently that the issuing bank has no branch in the country for which the draft is issued. For example if you have got a bank draft for Canada in Canadian dollars from MCB and MCB does not have branch in Canada then how the draft would be encashed?. For this purpose, every bank make arrangements with some local banks. In this scenario which we have assumed, MCB will make some arrangements with any Canadian bank so that when the receiver will submit the draft in his bank account, that bank will encash it in Canada on MCB's behalf and this is why it will be called the "Clearing Bank".

Briefly, in this case, all you have to do is to go to a money changer and that's all. The name, address and branch of the clearing bank will be mentioned on the draft.

I checked my GCMS which I got it last year and it doesn't say anything about E file # so so they came out with this idea recently

Great news and many many congrats...the decision is made in 2013 itself instead of 2104
Hey guys wake up, GCCTOCANADA got 18 months letter as well....
so CIC is not following its rule and finalized the case in 2013 itself....
Still almost 4 months left and he got PPR....wow...............
So it means now it is once again 100% confirmed that they wont drag all cases till end of 2014 but will try to finalize ASAP...
the rest depends on our luck....
