N Delhi visa office is issuing MR every month, they also issued many MR on yesterday (Friday), there is no quote issue for N Delhi.

You are right dear but newdehli VO has not shifted cases to any other post. LVO shifted cases to pvo which show they have short of visa quota during current year. I think more than 100 applicant get udr requests in October 12 but all receiving response "background checks pending", none of them background checks is completed? This is lam execuse by LVO that background checks pending. All who get caips notes posted on this forum that against sec/crim VO marked 1 which mean clear and these two checks are conducted at the last stage of application. So definitely LVO start activity after allocation of visa quota in October 13. All applicants who got udr in October 12 will get update after October 13 INSHALLAH.

I am May 2010 applicant under FSW program and its been a long time and exhausting process for most of us,I am applying with my wife and 3 kids and as schools started now we were extremely worried becoz it cost a fortune here in KSA for 3 kids ,since we did medical in April 2013 and medical line added in May 10,2013 so i send CSI last month to which they replied on July 23rd my application is under security verification and might take several weeks and several months.Knowing that for the last 10 years my travel history was only to Beirut on yearly vacation so I send another CSI last friday and responded today saying:


Dear Applicant,

This refers to your recent message. Internal verification are still on progress and should take at least sevarl weeks more.

then they send another email quickly after that asking for scanned copies of new passports coz I told them that I split my children each on separate passport.

my Understanding is that its no more months to wait only weeks but what is internal verification ?
I am still keeping my children without school coz they can join schools in Canada even late November and honestly speaking paying 10000$ to school then leave will not be convenient at all .

I will post this on several threads looking for your feedback and trying to give hope to all those who are waiting.

I also got reply to my CSI which I sent in email after 3 days ( web CSI never got replied even after a month ). Very short and no indication on time lines. Any speculations ?

CIC response is never been predictable. I and my friend applied in the same week and we are working at the same company. He got his PR 1 year before me!

Man...don't rely on CIC and register your kids in the school, you will never ever be able to plan according to CIC action!

sorry for my words all---WTF is that internal verifications, we all M1 applicant are suppose to finish in 2013-2014 but it seems like only some or may be few will be done in 2013 and some in 2014- rest all of us will be again lingering around for their decisions, every single shit happens when it comes to M1-2-3 applicants, some times visa qouta over some times strike and some times their sisters weddings and all that crap- getting tired of this daily soup dramas of these bas---ds such a shame less freaks and they called them civilized--shit their graves man

Bro I guess 'internal verification' means their internal issues here ... In my opinion, others may disagree or u take ur decision as per ur financial position, we all should move on in life... Based on my experience, I highly and fully recommend all to start living in present now.... I left so many opportunities sine 2010, assuming that might be next month is ours..... But .... Now I started moving ahead, changed my city, a big move, cost involved but I am happy that I am no more handicapped by LVO..... Same did zeeshananis, who moved and will move his family to KSA though we all know any month can bring MR.... So try to live for today... One thing u can do is, send another CSI explaining them this school thing and cost involved, might this will help.. But do take others' opinion on this as well ... Cheers bro...

INSPITE OF ALL ISSUES RELATED TO ''LVO'' I PERSONALLY KNOW MANY FRIENDS ( FROM M-2) WHO ARE GETTING VISAS JUST WITH IN 15 TO 24 MONTHS. THE COMMON THINGS THEY CARRY ARE LISTED BELOW:

AGE--- MAXIMUM 27 YEARS.
OCCUPATION------ COMMON TRADES NOT HIGHLY EDUCATED.
MARRIAGE STATUS----- ALL UNMARRIED.

I THINK ALL M-1 CANDIDATES, INCLUDING ME, LACKS THESE FEATURES. ESPECIALLY CANDIDTES WHO ARE ABOVE 38 YEARS ARE LEAST REQUIRED.

Brother I was also in the same situation but my case was DM still waiting for PPR...Though I have sent a CSI still waiting for an affirmation by PVO.
Hope all things get resolved in your favor better but as someone rightly commented CIC is very unpredictable especially LVO as compared to PVO.
You need to take a firm decision but as far as I know and heard that Middle eastern people and citizens from war prone areas the security scrutiny is more detailed.
without prejudice...so please think, pray about it and move ahead.
Else all what has to happen will happen its not in our hands....
