Last time I gave them a letter from company (mentioning that I am working in this comapny Since xx date & My designation) + Letter which contains my Jds from the company. But LVO have returned all my docs on My request in 2011

Now they r asking abt My contract document + the reference letter which I donot know what it should contain, is it a experience Letter?

If you have any idea let me know

Hi All,

Any body who is coming to Canada, I have to say two things,

1) - if you have no relative in other part of Canada then Come only to Calgary - Lot of opportunities.
2) - And I am here to guide you. Believe me, its very tough if nobody is here to guide you. I will try my best to guide you people. In start i was very upset. Every employment agency take test for MS Excel ( Formulas & Functions & Words Along with typing Speed and if you manage to take around 90 to 95% marks then no worries.

As LVO have requested me to send Reference letter & Contract from My OLD Company.

I already got the experience letter, so whats the difference between the experience & Reference letter.

Anyone of you have been requested for reference letter. Kindly explain?

As per my knowledge Reference Letter containing employed period and duties and responsibilities in detail such you has worked in the ABC organization with effect from 00-00-000 to 00-00-0000 and following were your duties and responsibilities

Lookin at this post of yours, I feel they r asking these stuff coz u asked for your origionals back in 2011 (not a good idea, in my opinion, causes delay)....and I also feel they do not keep photopy or scanned copy of any of our docs....so that's y , now before sending u MR, they wanna look at your educational+work docs, JUST to be sure....

Secondly, I feel they r asking for the same docs that u sent them pehley....no new doc seems to be there......I think by reference letter, they mean experience letter.......other doc is appointment letter, we all know wat that is....

This is just my opinion...take more opinions .

odd thing I'm thinking is....if we assume, they do not keep any photocopy or scanned copy of our docs, how did they give UZB points for work/education in 2012 before issuing wait letter, if they had sent the docs bac in 2011. So did they issue uzb wait letter without seeing any of his docs ?? Doesn't seem logical....wat do u guys think on this ??anyone

File completeness..... I guess ... They might marked eligibility before returning docs and now asking again finding it missing.... If they are transferring things to electronic medium than they might need it again.... God knows, all theories hi hain

Our local Qorax(staralihaider) once stated that we should be careful while sending queries and correspondence to CHC as every thing is getting recorded in CAIPS, he was so criticized on that comment but now I feel he was quite write... They might be checking 'curiosity points' in our files .... God help us all...

P.s: man..till we get MR, sur ke ooper tulwar lutki rahey gee...all this is happening coz they now have waila time to play with our files, and r not pushed/rushed (like they were in 2012)....

In addition to this I also mentioned my salary and benefits which are provided to me
Like my basic salary, house rent, children education , medical, car flight tickets etc.
The rest is fine, I believe if you provide this all info as well then hopefully there will not be any question left to ask for a reference letter.

In my opinion this can be exception that they send back the employment/reference letter with original docs
by mistake, simple if they have issued the wait letter there must be copy of eveything and they decided. we will see this later. Unko konsa kisi Ka paar hai... Unhon nai socha hoga jab waqt aayee gaa dhaika jaye ga.
So I hope nothing to worry about but this is all because he applied from Pakistan
I applied from UAE and just submitted the ORIGINAL reference letter as + bank certificate for POF
And rest all docs was a copy, I hope they will not ask as well insha Allah
This is may because I work for a multinational company which has 3-4 sister companies in Canada as well

Just to Share...

I received 6 - 12 months wait letter in May 2012. The mentioned that they are sending ORIGINAL documents back with this letter. I did not receive any ORIGINAL documents. Later on, I send them an email in November, stating that I have not received Original back as you mentioned. In reply to that, they returned my ORIGINAL documents back.

As one of the 6-12 months wait letter holder, I ordered my GCMS one year back after receiving letter. In GCMS notes "Due Date" was 31-05-2013 which is passed, after this I sent CSE and on 27-06-2013 LVO replied that they are aware of delay and I will be contacted shortly.
I applied for GCMS last month again and just 2 days back got the file which is almost same like last year GCMS with same old 31-05-2013 "Due Date".

What seniors advise in this situation shall I send another CSE or just wait and see?

LVO already answered and seniors cannot help you LVO mentioned that they are "AWARE OF THE DELAY AND YOU WILL HEAR SOMETHING FROM THEM".

I hope your file and under Security BG checks, where VO is waiting for the updates from Security agencies. from your GCMS you can understand about the start of your security and file transfer history can show you where is your file. NEKEOL
