Yes,They always check the previous experience. IN my case, The offer was conditional. The condition was, Criminal check and reference (Previous Employer). Thay called and sent them an email as well.

The lowest rate is 11.35 CAD per hour here in Calgary. Maximum is your luck. My Starting is with 16 CAD Per hour. My total expense is,
Max work hour is 160 hrs per month. if you do full time from one employer, Rest up yo to u if u wana overtime

Rent : 850 CAD Including every thing
Transit Pass for us : 90 CAD. Low income pass
Mobile bills : 65 CAD for both of us.
baby Expenses including milk, Diapers, etc, is : 350$ ( But the Government give us 395$ Monthly for our Child)
Grocery : 300$

1) - if you have no relative in other part of Canada then Come only to Calgary - Lot of opportunities.
2) - And I am here to guide you. Believe me, its very tough if nobody is here to guide you. I will try my best to guide you people. In start i was very upset. But now ALLHAMDULILAH me and my wife both got a very good jobs. We came here in the month of April and never attempt any odd jobs. Lot of peoples told us about very negative things and force us to do a Security jobs, Mobbing/Cleaning, Walmart and IKEA types jobs. But we never did and continuously applied on field matching jobs. ALLHAMDULILAH In this month ALLAH gave us a jobs. She got a job with Canada's Best Airline ( Full Time Permanent) and me my self got a job with Canada's most renowned organization.

So Come here and be in touch with me. Inbox me here. INSHAHALLAH will try my best. One more thing, Please be an expert in Excel, Word - Typing ( Not Less Then 40WPM). Every employment agency take test for MS Excel ( Formulas & Functions & Words Along with typing Speed and if you manage to take around 90 to 95% marks then no worries.

Last time I gave them a letter from company (mentioning that I am working in this comapny Since xx date & My designation) + Letter which contains my Jds from the company. But LVO have returned all my docs on My request in 2011

Now they r asking abt My contract document + the reference letter which I donot know what it should contain, is it a experience Letter?

If you have any idea let me know

Lookin at this post of yours, I feel they r asking these stuff coz u asked for your origionals back in 2011 (not a good idea, in my opinion, causes delay)....and I also feel they do not keep photopy or scanned copy of any of our docs....so that's y , now before sending u MR, they wanna look at your educational+work docs, JUST to be sure....

Secondly, I feel they r asking for the same docs that u sent them pehley....no new doc seems to be there......I think by reference letter, they mean experience letter.......other doc is appointment letter, we all know wat that is....

This is just my opinion...take more opinions .

odd thing I'm thinking is....if we assume, they do not keep any photocopy or scanned copy of our docs, how did they give UZB points for work/education in 2012 before issuing wait letter, if they had sent the docs bac in 2011. So did they issue uzb wait letter without seeing any of his docs ?? Doesn't seem logical....wat do u guys think on this ??anyone
