Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Yea...so bFd of NOV 2015 means he ll get visa in 2016...which means MI-1 will be dragged till 2016, for another 3 years (I don't believe that)
Here are the 3 possibilities in my mind:
1. This is a typo, either by the visa officer or forum member.
2. This is a prank (since he just has 4 posts, so till I see some regular/trsuted forum guy sharing similiar info, I will not believe this for sure)
3. IF the above 2 r not the cases, and this info is ACTUALLY true, well, that means we re dragged to 2016....they will not do that....they ll simply reject remaining people by applying expression of intrest, instead of delaying them for another 3 years....
what I believe is MI-1 will ALL be finished before end of 2014....and till this process ends, every month we ll keep reading strange speculations/pranks.....we should not believe anything UNTIL its from a credible sourse.....this post is NOT credible enough, sorry

Can't we directly ask to the authentic office about clear meaning of all those ???? and better to share all those things knowing from the reliable /authentic resource..is'nt it??

Exactly....if I got caips, which had BFD of Nov 2015, I would email visa office....watever visa office says, THAT is reliable.
Let's see....other reliable members have applied for caips...let's see wat do they get...For now, I'm NOT believing this, UNTIL source is slightly more credible.

dear zesshan, in canada and usa date format is different, mostly in translating/re-writing we r making mistakes, if u have ur gcms/caips check date format yyyy-dd-mm, based on this info i mentioned feb 2015,
but it is not issue , issue is BFD to 2015. which is long away, while Minister has already cleared that all backlog will be finished in 2014. Allh Know better.

My initail application was received by visa office on 29th March 2010 and in my latest CAIPS notes it's mention as:

APPLIC. REC'D: 29-03-2010

It's mean .. in their CAIPS system the date format is DD-MM-YYYY ... Please do correct me if I'm wrong

agreed .... but i think (may b i m wrong) that many of 6-12 have ordered CAIPS in last months and everybody have BFD of 1 year maximum according to their coorespodance from LVO.....nobody was BFD in 2015...............this is the first case of 2015 BFD............there is some confusion with that applicant.

AFTER SUBMISSION OF PCC, IF UR CRIMINALITY = PASSED, THEN VO AGAIN ASKED TO SUBMIT PCC FOR THE PERIOD EXPIRING UR PCC, PCC ARE VALID FOR ONE YEAR. IN BETWEEN IF BGC IS NOT COMPLETED THEN VO IS NOT UPDATING UR CRIMINALITY IN GCMS, AND THEY KNOW IT MIGHT BE DELAYED. VO MOSTLY UPDATING CRIMINALITY AFTER SECURITY AND MEDICAL PASSED. Today i got CAIPS notes. One thing is confusing "FILE BF'D TO: BZ1 on 02-11-2015". Can anyone give an idea what it means? I have to wait till 2015?

they usually keep the file for two years before the retire the file. Ithis what happen to my file before mI was able to re-open it.

Its normal bro, PCC submitted in 2010 is considered expired. Just send new PCC, its very normal...

and also to clarify to whom it is not clear, that this 38 months for M1 starts from documents received date at LONDON Visa Office(for the fist time, NOT updated docs), mine received on January 2011; so my deadline stands on March 2014, keeping my finger crossed, if ever this time frame turns out to be effective

we do not have sufficient information to make any comment. we dont know the timelines of the user... May be he's one of MI0.
