• Simple solution: I can add two more columns in google sheet 1. Skype ID & 2. Destination in Canada
  I hope this would be the shortest and fastest way to keep in touch even before we move to Canada
  I will request all interested friends o create one ID only for this purpose like so our master google sheet would be a permanent reference for everyone as in this all details are already there....
  Please let me know if I should CREATE two more columns.
  Hopefully you will like this idea...

Good Job SMSH. Now, the situation will be clear and all of us will know each other's current as well as future location of each other. I think, the best method is that when we will have the destination cities of all the members of this group, we will sub divide the group and then one group will be the people who are planning to land in Toronto(because this is the biggest group so there is no wayout but to divide the whole group into Toronto and Non-Toronto based applicants) whereas the other one will be for rest of the Canada. The second group i.e. the rest of the Canada will help the fellows for points of general interest like providing general information like how to apply the PR card, how to coordinate with the government departments for different purposes, employment related matters etc. The Toronto group will interact in a different manner because their destination is same.They will cover all the things which the rest of Canada will do as well as they will cover the "City Specific" topics also like areas where one can have cheap accommodation,how to travel in the city, which parts has shops which offer cheap stuff etc etc etc.

Again, please give your suggestions and feedback for this group more and more
because once all the things are finalized and when the people will start moving there on a quicker speed, no one will concentrate on this group so better do it now. Non-Pakistani friends, you also please come in front because this is non-discriminatory forum where every member is equal irrespective of his citizenship because we are in the same boat.
