i am in the same boat eemoo1 brother...snt them CSE on 30th april...they'll answer within 28 days but i am thinking of applying for CAIPS or GCMS.....senior members specially COOLGUY2010,,NEKEOL...SMSH pls gide me on how to apply and from where to apply???

I sent a CSI on 9th May and just received their reply.

The message of CSI was ... To confirm the receipt of new born documents + Renewed Passports copies + Current status of application + tentative time for next step

Can anybody confirm that, whether I received a reply from Client Service unit or by visa officer (DRD)? Usually i got reply with this type of signatures:

As you all know, I have received my visas and COPR in April 2013. Now I need your advice on the following issue:

In fact in last April 2012 I received my all original documents from LVO except my three Job reference letter (Experience Certificates) which was submitted in original as per LVO requirements. Is this the procedural requirement (Keep the Original Experience Certificate in Immigration file) or just they are missing to send these back? Anyone have the same issue with his/her original experience certificates?

Please suggest, Should I send an email to visa officer and request him to send these back or ............? Because you these document required in Canada also.

In my case i haven't recieved none of my original documents. I would suggest you to send a CSI and see what they say, if you cannot wait for their reply call them.

Dear Mitru,

There's a difference b/w reference letter (which is very specific to one's needs) & experience letter which is normally a standard letter issued by HR. In my case, i have provided notorized copy of all employment contracts/experience letters etc etc and original reference letters specifically addressed to CIC with all the detail as required from them.

As suggested by others, send a CSI and request if they can provide these back.
