You have to submit the forms and along with that, send a copy of the Passport as well as ORIGINAL birth certificate(send a certified translation if it is in Arabic) and a draft of CAD $ 150 in favor of "Receiver General For Canada"

Thank you for the rep,y buddy. I received birth certificate which is in Arabic but the real problem I faced is today while applying for new born passport. Pakistan Embassy in Kuwait will issue me hand written passport with 6 month validity and as soon we receive overseas card in 2 to 3 month again I have to apply for machine able Passport . Now as I informed VO about new born and they ask Passport-copy and other certificates will they accept 6 month validity passport? M totally confused what to do?

Please can any one tell me how some friends here submit the documents for the new born baby without submitting the passport becouse the didnt get the passport yet for the child?and they got the medical request for his chiled
Did the write a letter with the application describing the passport issuing proplems and the time required to get it

i dispatch my documents on 12 of April 2013 and received by CHC London on 15th of April 2013

i received medical request on 7th of May 2013....

i got my new born Passport yesterday which i am going to send them next week
