Don't you think that your master sheet is incomplete due to incomplete information of @ Hina.

For a better anysis we should have detail information of all registered users. What do you say?

She is already there and since she got the Visa and this was the final point where total processing time was required and she got the Visa in 32 months from the date of Full Docs to LVO...I think it is OK...and also depends if anyone will ask me to update the data I am willing to do it ASAP. I can't force someone to share their info!

Allah blessed me with a baby girl. As per CHC last email, they gave me 60 days to send new born docs …now I am facing a problem on passport… in Pakistan now these days they are take 60 plus days for urgent passport … can I send all the other docs as requested by CHC without passports (photo copy) which I haven’t received yet. I will add a covering letter with detail explanation of the situation…

i will send passport photo copy ASAP once i received

i have already done my medicals in November 2012 only my wife's X-ray and new born medical left

hi....go on with X-ray of ur wife (if possible) and send updates with covering letter to explain situation.......and meanwhile apply for urgent passport of ur baby.

Also try to use some agent after applying for follow up, may be you need to pay some extra charges...

Recieved an e-mail from london chc asking for following forms.

1. New application for permanent residence IMM0008 form for principal applicant.
2. Schedule A-background Declaration IMM5669.
3. Supplementary Information - your travels IMM5562.
4. new additional family information form IMM5406 for both spouse and each famiky member over the age of 18.

My question is what about Schedule A back ground declaration and Supplementary information form ( Do I need to send it for each family nember or just of Main applicant).

Supplementary Information - your travels IMM5562. one form is enough as it ask for everyone.

Schedule A back ground declaration : only for you and spouse or if child 1ged 18 or over.
