I was just trying to go through your link, and somehow landed on a thread, where 2 guys were discussing/hoping that the following noc is there in MI-4.

The thing I was wondering was "how will they verify the job experience" ? Will they call the graveyard and ask the dead people , "hey did Mr.xxxx bury u?" And the murda will reply "jee jee , unhon nay he mujhey dufnaya tha"

It seems from above that LVO is extremely busy in IEC 2013 program.

Good find as now at least I am sure that its the reason LVO is keeping us waiting on one or other pretext. Hope April will bring good news for many of us,,,,,, + 1 for you dear

You can keep it blank. But don't forget to clip it with another plain paper having your file number as per ur 2nd AOR.

I am not sure whether they will provide u with UCI by email. Never heard so.

Hi murtuza,

UCI number , you can get it from 2nd AOR or 1st AOR or Medical Form.

Regarding your family members , only if they have got the medical.

If you leave it blank, its fine.....nothing to worry

Ya, they asked me....you need to fill the form. If its not applying to you , write "NOT APPLICABLE" and it needs to be signed.

Need help and advice from seniors. Last month, as with others, I also received the famous 18 months wait letter along with the updated documents request.

Now, last month I had a baby boy and I am including his details in the updated forms. The question I want to ask is do I have to send the baby's application fees draft along with my updated documents? I remember when I applied in 2010, they specifically said not to send any original documents or fees if you have a newborn, just inform them and they will ask for the details later. After that, I also had twins for whom I only informed them along with their pp copies.

Kindly advice.

I need help--- the email I had received for the medical request: the attached form only mentioning the details of the principle applicant...

I have taken appointment with IOM for medical for myself, wife and my daughter...

If my wife and daughter details are not given in the medical form send by CIC, than Is IOM will going to accept the same form and take medical for my family also..or I need to write PVO to send the medical request for my family.,,,

I don't think that UCI is that important to take stress...
Just leave it blank if you are not sure....
As they clearly say write your file number start with B or E.....and that's it....
which means with file number they are totally satisfied...
I have never seen in any correspondence where CIC has asked to write UCI and it is a must ...it is part of form if you have it good otherwise...leave it blank

Hi,

In my opinion you can pay fee at this time so whenever your MR is ready this can skip one step....otherwise you will have another email saying to submit DD before MR....and note that your previous email should be from CIO and not from LVO

You need to inform about your family members to PVO......You need to pay the fees and ask them add.

They will send the medicals for them also.
