Yes.. you need to create a list with the help of stamps on the pp. you need to mention travels which are from country of residence and your home country excluding travels b/w them. I have created an excel sheet for all travels before actually mentioning on the form.

2) if they asked you a fresh police cert, then pls. provide.

By the grace of God I have now received the updated document request and medical form from PVO. Alhamdulillah.

Guys I have a question, appreciate if someone can share his / her experience. For Paris visa office the RPRF should be in the name of “Receiver General for Canada” or “Canadian Embassy”. Can someone please share his experience? the information available on the website is contradictory to what we have been doing in past

Hi Marchie,

Please be careful that your consultant doesn't make blunder by sending really to London Office.

Tell them our stories ( self applied applicants) who got letter from Paris Office
