Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Hi...my visa officer is NNI but I can not locate where is the program assistant in my CAIPS. My BFD is tomorrow Mach 15, to BZZ. hoping some updates to come. Praying that it will be MR.

Normally after getting updating docs you might know who is your program assistant as he/she will be mentioned in correspondence.

As per my ecase it says Paris visa office (previously LVO), although i have not received any communication / email from Paris visa office so far.

I will update and this may kill some more time for us and this thread may stay alive

I know that who has received the 18 months email will not be interested to waste time on this thread anymore until any of 18 months email recipient will get the MR in next 4-6 months hopefully....

Congrats to all getting good updates from visa offices.

I think the cases of those transferred to Paris Visa office were initially uploaded on GCMS and therefore it was easy for them to be transferred to other visa offices. But the for applicants whose cases are still running under CAIPS are still being dealt with in LVO.

I have added one more column in Last as (NOC Occupation Description)
It is linked with formula so if NOC is correct it will appear auto...

ABC of columns has reached to Z today means that we have 26 column database

It may be helpful in future even after reaching in Canada!

I have a question. How do people know that their case has been transferred to Paris visa office? Do they receive any e-mail or their ecase states that? Among other details, my ecase simply says “Your application and supporting documents were received by the Paris office. They are pending review” earlier it used to say London office.

I guess almost everyone except for me who has been transferred to Paris office has now received medical or UDR. Should I write a CSE to Paris office now or my ecase is just a system glitch and my visa office is still London. Please advise. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. No I did not apply through agent and haven’t received any e-mail so far from Paris visa office. Does it mean that ecase is a system glitch and my file is still with LVO rather than Paris?

No I don't think there is system glitch in your system. Your file seems to be transferred to Paris office. They will contact you on soon by email as has been observed recently. You just have to wait for a couple of weeks max.

In UDR email, the VO mentioned to fill in below form.

New Additional Family Information Form IMM5406 for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.

I have highligted the 'new' keyword here. This 'new' keyword is not found with any of the other forms mentioned in the email.

Interestingly, this form is the only form which is not new. It's exactly same as i provided in my initial submission to VO. The form dates back to '2008'.

I am just thinking if probably it's a mistake or i have just missed something here.

Your insight to this matter will be appreciated.

I had advised him to send CSI 4 days back, and they replied to him today in its response

His timelines:

Initial application: april 2010
Full docs: 30th SEP 2010
Noc: 1111
Wait letter: march 2012.

They have given him 30 days for MR....and 90 days for the rest.

No I don't think there is system glitch in your system. Your file seems to be transferred to Paris office. They will contact you on soon by email as has been observed recently. You just have to wait for a couple of weeks max.
