Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Hello everyone,
Like the others I have also received an email on 26-02-13 requesting for updated documents with the subject of P103 along with the 18 months no cse order. And today (28-02-13) I have already posted all requested forms and docs with the special next day delivery to lvo. My package will be received by lvo no later than afternoon tomorrow. Lets see how many months do we have to wait again for the next step.

@SMSH: please update my info in your excel sheet. I am praying for your case as well as for everyone's in this long journey.

I have again been asked to send all the forms ( I mean generic email every one is receiving).

Yes, you would have to resend those documents again unfortunately.

It is such an ironic thing that you had sent your forms already and they have requested them again. Not looking good at their side.

(Please declare personal history and addresses since the age of 18 without any gaps in dates)

1. New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.

2. Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]

3. Supplementary Information - Your travels [IMM 5562]

4. New Additional Family Information Form IMM5406 for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.

5. Copy of passport title page for each applicant. If any of your dependants are included in a parent's passport, please ensure that you apply for an individual passport for each person. Please note that each person will require their own passport at the time of visa issuance.

6. Completed Military Questionnaire (attached), for each applicant who has completed more than mandatory military service. For all applicants with any military service, please provide a copy of the Military Card or Military Exemption Card.

Please forward all requested documents together within 60 days from the date of this letter. Please quote your file number on all correspondence, including the envelope.

Please note that your application is still subject to admissibility checks and verifications that are deemed necessary. You should not take any irrevocable action such as selling your property, quitting your job, or buying plane tickets until we have advised you of the final decision on your application.

At this time, we do not expect to make a final decision on your application until 2014. Please do not make case status enquiries for the next 18 months, as our resources are devoted to case processing and we will not be able to answer routine enquiries.

However, please do advise us if there is a change in your personal circumstances, such as the birth of a child, a marriage or divorce. You must let us know at the address above or by email at ldn-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca. You must also inform us of a:

● Change of address, including change of e-mail address;

Hi , I have a question to all seniors: please advise:

I received letter for 6-12 months wait in March 2012; then I received update document request in October 2012 and I submitted documents in November 2012.
Now my daughter (who is included in my application) has passport-renewal due in June 2013. So far I have not received Medical Request. I am anticipating receiving Medical soon and may be before June 2013. Now the question is should I initiate passport renewal on the due date and submit the renewed passport OR should I wait till June (till my daughter's passport expires). Based on my experience, I have seen delays creep-in as one gives them updates (like new-born etc)

Please advise.

Is there any info. of completion/pending abovementioned checks in your CAIPS?

I have also been advised by chc london that my application is under background checks which are likely to take several months to conclude. lets see when this wait is over.

To my last email they replied that BGC in progress but caips shows 0 means not completed. In front of CRIM shows 1 which I hope means criminality passed. Shows all activities of updated docs as POF etc but my understanding is just checking current job in UK & tax returns as was asked for docs in Dec 2012. My assistant is KKB but file is marked next for WEW.
