Does any one have any info/list of countries where eMedical system has been implemented? Or list of centers where this system is currently working?

There is no harm in quitting the current job. But you need to inform Visa office about this. Also you need to consider notice period for new job depending on your intentions of landing.
Thank you, but I am trying to start my own business and will take time I thought there will be an update from LVO in the first quarter so I sticked to my current job but it looks like its not happening in the near future

Dear SMSH

Thanks for adding me. My ecase status is In Process, processing date is Feb 2012. But in Feb 2012 I received refusal letter and my Ecase was changed to Decision made. In March 2012 I sent them a reconsideration request as I was not awarded points of spouse's education. In june 12 my requested was accepted and Ecase was reverted to In process. In July 2012 I received medicals request and since then it is in process with no change in start of process date.

Regards

can you please describe further about your experience with VO with reconsideration request so others can also benefit from that?

AOA & Good morning :)
I would like to say few words with another view and I agree to Bro Jimmy...
I am here is UAE +12 years and don't want to go back to my home country because of XYZ reasons (no need to to explain)
On the other hand millions of Asians working in GCC countries for years wihout any nationality or rights what they get here just on time salary and majority is working in lower class jobs and earning a basic salary of USD 200-300 per month why these people dont like to go back to their home countries & working so hard in 50 degree temp because they have no jobs in their home countries and they are scarificing whole life here to pull their families to earn halal/good money. In fact they don't like to beg or rob money...So ......
Now imagine if they get the Passport of Canada with their families, will they ever think twice to stay in their home countries,,,Never....and I hope you will agree to this ....Now Allah has given us a chance to move to Canada/UK/Aust on the base of our education/experience and if we can move there without marriage and can get the Passport, there is nothing wrong in it....in fact our next generation will not suffer like us...insha Allah
Dear All,
I'm not the too active participant here.Bun now I feel to take part in discussion regarding merits and demerits of shifting to the other country.
I'm earning about US $50,000 per annum, here in Pakistan ,since last twelve years and should not go abroad if the earning is the only purpose. No doubt ,it's one the of priorities but in this global world having a second passport is like having an extra qualification/degree. I planning to shift just for sake of my children. In our society numerous benefits flow if your children have Canadian/American/UK passport. No doubt the life is very tough for parents but children after getting foreign education will definitely have good life there as compare to own country.

I'm extensive foreign traveler and have seen those societies very closely. There is no suffering ,at all, in earning or living for people up to age 35. But then difficulties start after this age because they do not remain more attractive for any job. Doctors, IT specialist, heavy machine drivers,Chartered accountant and general electritions are exempt from this issue.

Most successful people that I've seen are those, who decided to become entrepreneur after immigration. They really enjoy life there.

Based on my experience I confirmed that ,over all ,generally, there is no harm in shifting abroad, if possible.

Please note all above sharing is just based on my personal experience. All are advised to look their case individually.

re
Dear Jadeedgeek,

My spouse is graduate from PU. I sent her educational documents duly attested from HEC & IBCC with full file in the first step. But VO did not award any point against adoptability factor. Consequently my point were calculated 65 and case was rejected and Ecase was changed to DM from IP. I sent them a letter briefly discribed the situation and sent spouse's documents again. After more or less three months I receive an Email from VO that there was some mistake in calculation of my points so case will be reconsidered and Ecase was reverted to IP. After another 3 monhts I received medicals request in July 2012. I went through medicals process in August since then no change or update in my case.

Dear All,

For an easy analysis from our Google sheet I would like to say....
Assume each Column from (Q,R,S,T) represent 25% of progress starting from request for updated docs.
So you can see where an applicant is standing
25% - if Column Q turn into Green
50% - if Column Q+R turn into Green
75% - if Column Q+R+S turn into Green
100% - if Column Q+R+S+T turn into Green

This bar is like completion in MS project... :)
I hope you will like this

I posted a CSI on 8th of this month requesting:

- Confirmation on whether LVO has received my medical results or not.
- Return of (some) original documents that are still with LVO

Yesterday, I received following reply:

I can confirm that we have received your medical results.

Please confirm which educational documents were not returned to you.
