Dear friends

Today I received mail from LVO regarding the schedule A from. They asked about this form for third time.

First I sent schedule A from with my updated documents request and received to LVO on 02-11-12, in which I have not mentioned the period 1988/05 to 1993/10 as I got my first job in 1993. The period from my 18 years to my first job.

Second time on 03-12-12 Mr. SJM my VO again asked via e-mail about the period from 1988/05 to 1993/10. Therefore, I submitted the form again covering this period and mentioned my activity as “at home searching for job”.

Thirdly today again I received the mail which is as under:-

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please be advised that we have received your recently sent documents. However, the schedule A's that were submitted were incomplete. Please provide information required below in the template provided within 30 Days.

Detailed explanation of your activities during the period 1988/05 to 1993/10.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Now the VO asked again about that period with detailed explanation which is they written in red line while other text is in blue. In fact in that period, just played soccer and search for the job.

I am very worried about this detailed explanation. Please advice me what should I do and satisfy them.

sincerely

Dear Sheeno1,
don't worry about this just tell thm what exactly you were doing at that time....that you were playing soccor and searching for job....
in my opinion this should be fine as you have no evidence to prove this period.....and this is normal in a person's life....
rest is your decision, how you want to answer....

My observation and experience of few friends process is when you are not a full time student, their main concern is how you were surviving i;e living , expanses etc. Would suggest to write a cover letter explaining the situation and if possible to include some documentary proof i;e property docs or parents income and declaring that you were supported by parents. Its a suggestion not definite. GOOD LUCK

Kindly refer my previous mail. When I thoroughly checked my Schedule A form I found a mistake. In schedule A form Education column I correctly mentioned the period 1988 to 1991 as student. While in Personal History column I mistakenly mentioned the period 1988 to 1993 “unemployed searching for job” After 1993 I got my first job.

Now how I reply about their query “Detailed explanation of your activities during the period 1988/05 to 1993/10”.

1. From 1988 to 1991, I was studying.
2. From 1992 to 1993, I attended some short courses such as computer, English language, part time job, but I don’t have any certificate to proof. Or
3. From 1992 to 1993, unemployed searching for the job.

Kindly guide me what should I write in my detailed explanation for the period 1992 to 1993 as I don’t have any documentary evidence. Secondly how I explain/ justify about my mistake, for the period 1988 to 1991 as I correctly mentioned in education column but not mentioned in personal history column. Kindly offer your valuable comments / suggestion immediately.

Sincerely

If I was at your place I would have admitted my mistake and tell them that this my real situation and there is a typing mistake unfortunately the rest ideas you can get from others on this forum or discuss with any consultant as this one mistake can lead to refuse your case.

Dear colleague,

They are quite right in asking, as just mentioning :i was study" is very vague. They will continue to ask unless you clearly specify what you were studying? where? preparing for exam for admission or what? You should have to come up with ideas, as "just doing nothing" is very uncommon there. Think of several things that one can do to kill ones time. I hope it helps

Dear friends

I will try to get the certificates of short courses done during 1992-1993, but if not found, then, Can i write that during the period i was unemployed and in search of job.

Moreover, previously I mentioned in schedule A form that i was student during 1988 to 1991 and during 1992-1993 unemployed and in search of job. If now i will mention that i done short courses during 1992-93 and not disclosed earlier to you as irrelevant. Or

I simply write apologies for the mistake and mention that during 1992-1993 I was in search of job. While the period 1988 to 1991, I was student which was also mentioned earlier in Schedule A from Education column. I only did mistake in personal history column as I write whole period 1988 to 1993 in search of job.

Sincerely

I feel u should write to them it was a mistake ( typing error) in the personal history section.

And explain what you were doing the other years.
Explain rather than writing searching for a job!
U can list out the short term courses u did!

Hi All,

Just an update.

Yesterday i received a reply CHC as below

We confirm receipt of the fees. The documents are likely to be in a queue awaiting attachment to the file. We have made a note on the application that these have been submitted.

I was asked to submit the forms anew. I sent those forms alongwith Update Police cretificates and pictures and RPRF etc. Last month send them a query on whether they received my docs or not about which they said ''not possible to tell now due to large volume of apps''

Sent another query last week and the above was said.

Regards
Cuccoo
