so when are you going to reach 12 months from your wait letter? i am getting updated docs/mr request hopefully on JULY 2013 as my 12 months will be rounded in july 2013.

for the rest of my seniors and comrades & waiters....sorry folks don't live in dreams, you aint going to get your updated docs/mr request anywhere near jan/feb 2013, all of us will get update/mr as soon as we reach our 12 months (around-11.5m,12m,12.5m) from wait letter, AND if we are MORE unlucky then LVO visa quota might run out and we will be stuck again in 2013, but if LVO has enough visa for 2013 then you will get your visa with in 2013, BUT if they run out of visa quota then you might get MR but VISA will be issued for you in early JAN-FEB-MAR 2014, so, this the hard truth and reality. take it or leave it. sad but the truth is hard to digest. please dont dream by the months, as nothing going to happen soon. unless LVO has a BACKLOG clearing plan before 04-may-2013 to start accepting new applications. till then, enjoy life, forget immigration and let the good time come to you.

Yes dude, looks like that...told u...my "3 years from full docs, u get visa" theory I got wait letter in june 2012...so long way for me to go and yea...we ll be lucky if we get visa in 2013...those who ve gotten medicals/updated docs done WILL for sure...but for people like u and me, who sent full docs by the end of 2010/start of 2011, looks like a year to go till visa chalo--its alright...not like we have any control over it...might as well try n enjoy this torture let's pray our estimated times go wrong n they do it sooner....

In my opinion 55,000 visa quota (2013) is for waiters as they extended new application from May 2013, and they will allocate new quota of 2014 for new applicant. Thus majority of the wait holders will get visa in 2013. It is also my desire.

And according to u and Arsh, we were also getting MR within 6 months of wait letter remember!!...(And its been 9 months since our wait letter in March 2012)..and I told u , it ll take a year, not 6 months...as wait letter date is not important, full docs date is important....lol....and now u see, people who got wait letter 2 months after Arsh and me, have already done MR , simply coz they sent full docs before us. And Arsh who was the first guy to get wait letter on this forum, in March 2012 is still waiting for update docs. While APRIL/MAY waiters have got updates/MR.

beharhaal. I pray u guys r right and all other theories r wrong, as my desire is we get visa today. But desire and reality are slightly different anyways. Cheers bro.

Dear Jimmy my emphasis is on new application date May 2013, and May 2013, has some importance for our point of view / early completion of our visa process. I m sure date of extension is beneficial for us.

I have the same feeling and shared this thing earlier....and the interesting part is that new crieteria is not an easy one and many people will be rejected at initial stage so there will not be any crowd as well. So in first 4 months of next year there are high chances that they will issue the visa & get rid of all old cases....
