i sent them my 2nd updated docs on 16th of Oct and reached there on 18th of Oct ....

date stated on the Medical forms is 24th of Oct....

My lawyer said the same thing, but you know what? he is still holding the original arabic letter which I can get Saudi arabia P.C.
now it has being one month and evry time I call he says today tommorow?

I recently got PCC from Riyadh. It took just two days. If you or anyone else here is interested, I can outline the procedure.

Hopefully, not an issue. I too have sent the copy of letter but pasted that address sticker on the outer side of my envelope.

I have not sent this card with my updated forms, Just attached photocopy of their cover which is also containing the card. What happen ?

Hi, I have a confusion regarding Additional family information for section A. For spouse or common-law partner it says see note one and the note says if no spouse or common law partner is listed in section sign below. I have an ex-spouse, but I am divorced. in the form the relationship doesnot mention ex spouse. but we are to sign it only if we have mentioned a spouse. what to do here?

Fill this question in the form only if you have entered Canada before. Else leave it blank. I revisited the form after reading your post and did not find any issues in entering data as you mentioned. If the current form is not working owing to some download error, consider downloading it again and retry filling it. Not an easy option, but what if it works?!? Please do not forget to validate the form, which once validated will generate some codes for their machine to read. Do not make any changes to the form once you validate it. Or else, validate it again before you take printout...

this thing doesnt work, as soon as i entered country of citizenship, in my case is Pakistan, next question which is date of place of last entry in canada goes grayed out.

Dear Passion,

Well now a days the radiologist are performing X-rays with protected shield for pregnant ladies. But this is not recommended procedure. You need to consult with physician/gynecologist before getting X-rays. If i were in your shoes, i would rather wait for delivery before getting her X-rays. Nothing is more important when it comes to baby's health. But becz I am not expert so cannot advise.
