I Received request from LVO for following updated forms today:

New application for permanent residence IMM0008 form for principle applicant
New Schedule A Background/Declaration form (IMM5669) for all above 18 yrs of age
New “Additional Family Information” form IMM5406 for yourself and each family member over the age of 18

- Letter was dispatched on 25th of current month
- I am from Lahore
- Please see my signature area and profile data for rest of the information

I mean do we have to send all the relevant documents also. e.g. educational certificates and experience letters. That would be a nighmare for two weeks time limit. I hope we just have to fill in the forms.

insha Allah 100% 6-12 waiters will will get the MR / updated docs request in Nov/Dec - (my guess)
My personal forecast: As some poople applied in Feb/Mar 2010 got MR after this 6-12 wait letter from Dubai
(konixify & togsky) - interested part is that both have NOC 1111 and I hope from Allah that I will also get the MR soon

LVO has asked for PCC from both Pakistan and US dept of justice. it takes 8 weeks to get the FBI clearance from USA. what do i do? i left USA in Jan 2010 and the FBI certificate i forwarded to them was dated in mid july 2010. so the new PCC from usa wont be making any difference. should i write them about this whole story or your advice.......

Dollar East. Go to their office with cash(PKR) and proof of where are you sending your money e.g. filled application form for Canada, they will give you draft in 15 minutes and ofcourse charge you some extra amount

DEAR, LOOK AT PAGE NUMBER 191, MAY IT HELPS YOU........FURTHER, APPLY TO GET PCC FROM USA THROUGH ANY OF YOUR FRIEND OR RELATIVE, SIMULTANEOUSLY SHOOT AN EMAIL TO VO TO EXTEND TIME & FOR YOUR DIFFICULTIES. MAY BE IT WORKS BUT NO HARM IF ITS SERIOUS AND TRUTH..........BECAUSE,THESE DAYS POLICE CLEARANCE, SPECIALLY FOR PAKIES IS A BIG QUESTION MARK.

BUT I SUGGESTS YOU AT THIS STAGE THAT TRY TO GET PCC, IF U CAN !!! DON'T INVITE ANY BACKFIRE BY YOURSELF.
