Hello friends,

Anyone please suggest what date to mention in "Expiry Date" Box for B-form of children in IM0008 form or should it be left unfilled with "N/A" remarks, as no expiry date is written on B-forms.

Thanks in advance.

Issue Date: (Date of issuing B-Form)
Expiry Date: (Exactly at the age of 18)

For example in my case ... my kid born in 28-Aug-2008 .... I mentioned his details as followed:
Issue Date: 04-Feb-2009 (B-Form Issue Date) and
Expiry Date: 28-Aug-2026

Hope it'll help you out

B-Form doesn't have any expiry date. It's a calculated date dear

I heard/read that expiry date of child s B-form is the child's 18th birthday. Its not written there, but is assumed.
Since B-form is like a child's national identity card (NIC) and at 18, B-form expires, since the child is eligible for an actual NIC.
Others can comment

Thanks.

I am a silent reader of this forum.
Today, I received an email from my consultant informing me that she's in receipt of my medical forms, along with the request for updated documents. Find below my information:

NOC: 1111
Date applied: March 19, 2010
Full docs sent to LVO: August 17, 2010
In-Process: March 15, 2012
6-12 months wait letter received on: April 4, 2012
Medical request date: October 24, 2012

The letter requires me to submit all requested documents within 30 days from the date of the letter; however my consultant has sent an email to London visa office to waive the deadline of 30 days as it would take more time to obtain some of the documents (e.g. PCC)

This for the information of my fellow Waiters.

As mentioned before I was experiencing difficulty in obtaining PCC from one of GCC country I left a year back. So my consultant sent an email for 30 days extension and the extension has been duly granted. I wish / hope i don't have to ask for another one.

Hi all
Today i got updated documents request with RPRF through normal post. VO given 30 days dead line for sending updated documents from the date of issuence of the letter. The letter was issued on 16.10.2012 but i received it today so i only have 15 days to send the documents. I received 6 to 12 months wait letter on 27.4.2012. As per CIAPS noted my next BFD was 30.4.2013. All applicants who received wait letter should ready for updated documents request or medical.

Good scene hai , bro:) I know vo listen to your problem if u give them a valid reason , they do extend dead lines.

I told u about my friend 's daughter re-medical...they had doubt's in his daughter's chest xray, so they asked for "TB sputum test" and deadline was 30 days....hospital said it will take minimum 60 days for the test result to come+some more days to get appointment and medical transfer to lvo...so my friend he emailed vo to extend deadline from 30 days to 90 days...and they granted the request.....

So good hai.... One should keep these options God forbid if there s some unavoidable delay coming...:)
