The letter was issued on oct 16, 2012 and i am to send them updated forms and updated original police certificate within 30 days from the date of the letter. I got the letter today so I am supposed to send it before 16 november. I am to send the following things: new application for permanent residence IMM0008, New schedule A background, New additional family information Form IMM5406, police certificate, two photos, and travel history form. I wonder whether these forms are new? Are these forms any different from previous forms?jimmy page said:
