We also did our medicals last month and paid the RPRF. We saw in the online query that the VO has already received our medicals. How long is the time frame now before we receive the passport request?

How did they send the request for PPR1 and PPR2 ? Via post or e-mail? Do you check your ecas often? When did it change from Medicals received to Decision made?

* They sent ppr(1&2) via e-mails.
* We don't check our ecas.. As since we submitted an appeal ecas is not shown.

Indeed when 'Medicals have been received' line appears on eCas, it definitely means that Medical Exam went well.
Concerning the status change from 'In Process' to 'Decision Made', it really depends upon the verification and background checks and ofcourse the VO handling the application. However, it might take 30 to 90 days.

Regarding filling updated information chart

I am submitting my passports to Italy, while my family is submitting passports to Pakistan.

In the updated information chart, What would my family write in current emailing address, your name etc etc
