My wife and kid passport are in Italian Embassy in Pakistan for Italian visa. In case, If i receive pp request from CHC, and my wife and kid passports would be in Italian embassy, then what would I do?

It's just a pro-active question. I hope I would get the passports from Italian embassy soon before CHC ask from me

Well, there's an extended time to send your passports to the concerned VO which could be anything between 30 to 90 days.

Once you are registered then they will contact you when a session is scheduled near you.
