I tried many time, after 5 continuous tries , i at last sent it in LND inbox and got confirmation reply as well.
you also keep it trying, hope you will do it.

can any one inform me that can principal applicant comeback after landing in Canada and leave his/her family and then after 1 year principal applicant come back . Will it effect on family members if PA is not there?

I may come back after setting my family there after receiving visa on passports , I will accomplish my remaining tasks here that may take 10-12 months atl east and then i will move permanently .

YES DEAR U R RIGHT......... I HV SENT AN EMAIL JUST 1.5HRS BACK, AND HV GOT CONFIRMATION BUT NO FAILURE DELIVERY NOTIFICATION THIS TIME............ LND EMAIL INBOX IS CLEARED NOW.

I don't think there ll be any issues. you need to check PR renewal policy
