Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Due Date is: 27/05/2013, will I receive this request & MEDS in next year ? please reply if you have any idea on this!

Dear All, After the above CAIPS I have received the below email FROM the caips provider as summary...insha Allah we are in right direction...

A quick glance at your latest file shows that your file is in order but also that you received a letter in April advising you that a 6-12 month delay in processing would likely occur. Many clients have received similar letters and we have yet to see further progress on any file that has received one . Needless to say, I sincerely hope that you hear some good news from CIC soon

Conclusion: No more stress, just wait for your turn and everyone who received the 6-12 months letter will get the Visa except who will have Problem in Medical or in Background and now simply keep think thread alive until we get our VISAS.... insha Allah....

why is it that the 2010 March-May2010applicants got the wait letters why not those before feb 2010 and those after june 2010 received any wait letters..?and the wait letter candidates are the ones who hav'nt recieved any medical requests..whereas majority of ppl before feb 2010 and post june 2010 have received their medicals already.

I submitted the full docs in July 2010, and received the wait letter in March 2012. wait-letter procedure is not a month-specific applicants, its random

The only difference in ur CAIPS is BFD. I have seen in the CAIPS for other "WAITERS" the BFD is in 2013

This is one of the proof that the file processing is not fully aligned with the BF'd. Otherwise WAY must have some corresponding with him ... It would be Updated Documents Request OR Police Certificate OR Medical OR all .....


OR

WAY may have the typo error ... The BF's could be 07-07-2013

But what could be the possible reason for a BFD in 2012. Could be a typo error ?

buddy, i have received my wait letter in July, so you have wrong assumption that applicants only up-to June 2012 has received wait letter,as par my observation, LVO issued wait letter from March TO July 2012 and stopped issuing it from august 2012. you can see old posts of this thread to know more in details about this wait letters and its future.

Bro, r u sure your BFD is 2012, and not 2013?? If its 2012, phir to good scene hai apka...since most of the people here have BFD of 2013..

There hasn't been any typo error, it indeed is 2012. That's also a matter of concern for me, if VO has prepared wait letter than there is no reason for BF'd in July 2012??? Also, there are no comments on subject date in my CAIPS to verify if my file has actually been looked upon on that date or not.

Yaar too early to say anything. But people are rightly pointing out if the BF'd is on July 2012 then there should have been some correspondence by now.............what to say...???
