yes you mentioned the correct email address


Never write forcing statement like most ppl do
60 days no ppr, 6 months no ppr

they are VOs and ahve alot of concerns about every file dont make them annoyed



write simple and humble request to the officer

explain your meds date and ask that you have been waiting for 3 months,
when you can expect the next step on your applicaiton.


write your full Name and CHC File number in the subject of the email

How much time it take for them to respond? is it online available if no office in a country doing it? how much time they take to revert back if its needed online session on skype.
