Hello friends,
It is nice to see all positive people postings here. That should be the approach ideally to get success. My husband and me arrived on April 6th in Toronto and are in the process of trying for job. I am very confident that we will find soon. We have been going to Employment Ontario funded places and attending some sessions about resume, cover letter and how to attend interviews. So it has been a learning experience before jumping into the job search market. I only wanted to know if they hire people without Canadian experience? Will that be an disadvantage? Please let me know how to approach this situation. I am planing to go to apple one addeco and other agencies in person to drop resume. Also thank you for the info on job fair. Very useful. Please let me know about survival jobs also.

Thanks for all these postings and keeping hope alive. At the same time it is also good to remain informed about the real situation here. I was interested to know about what the Canada immigrants are doing in this regard. Seems they are not sitting idle either. http://canadianimmigrant.ca/careerfair

I always find time to go through the website of Canada immigrants. Because they often try to keep the immigrants informed. I found this article in their website which many immigrants may also find worth reading: http://canadianimmigrant.ca/community/why-some-immigrants-want-to-leave-canada

Thanks again.
