New medical is a good sign, they do not usually ask for medical unless they are ready to invite finally.

I hope u r right.. It has been over 16 months since AoR.. But there is another applicant who got new medical back in February and still waiting. I have no idea how they process

i always get their reply within 2 days.. and every time i get the same response that "my application is still under process and requires additional verifications therefore processing time will be beyond normal processing time" all the credit goes to security screening.

Only they know what they want to do with your CV.. But applicants do get such requests like i got a request to submit schedule A and travel history which i already did when i submitted my application.
It does not not mtter how long or short your CV is as far as it is not contradictory to your initial submission. This is what i think.

March 15.. Got reply the same day.. I email them every 2 months

I get the same reply every time and I am not in security screening. It's their standard reply to anyone who has passed 6 months.

Has anyone submitted a ATIP request to IRCC in the past 2-3 months?

I submitted one back in March, but I haven't received it. I sent a status request email in April and nothing except their inconsiderate auto-reply with excuses dated back in May 2017.

Hate to say but it's a sign of security screening just starting or wrapping up
