No i didn't get their notes.. What i did different this time was to mail the minister of immigration. I don't know if its coincidence or not but after i emailed the minister my case had a push. As many applicants before me experienced the same so thought of writing him an email as there is nothing to loose

I am stuck at eligibility review required from Dec2017.
No communication from IRCC at all. No additional documents request. No refusal or anything. At least they should ask me for ADR to further review my eligibility. I think they just tend to forget some files and keep on processing the newer cases. I ordered GCMS notes twice. No progress or changes are shown in them at all.
Has anyone had any experience regarding withdrawing your application? I am seriously considering withdrawing my application and reapply again. I hope at least there will be some progress with the new application.
