Are you sure your agent applied for the GCMS notes? Because i order my every 2 months and get them exactly after 29 days. In some cases it can take upto 2 months but waiting since 3 months is not usual infact i never heard anyone waiting that long to get their notes. Double check with your agent or reapply yourself.
And if you were asked to redo medicals then your PPR is around the corner. Best of luck

That is good news. Your background check is completed. They are about to finalize your application. Any day now.

At this stage you don't really need GCMS notes. If you feel they are taking too long to finalize, you can send them a CSE/query.

If they have recently asked you to redo medical then they are about to approve your file and you have done with security checks.

yes medical redo request was on 31st Jan 2018. BGIP around end of Feb 2018. Now praying PPR comes at least by end of Mar 2018.

For those who are currently in CBSA security screening AND have CSIS security screening completed, you can mail to CBSA office presenting your case, it would help to get their attention and close your case.

I did this and got PPR 2 weeks after. I feel like they have your case completed but conveniently forget to send confirmation to IRCC as they don't have a well designed system to manage all case files.

Canada Border Services Agency​

Then mail to:

Canada Border Services Agency
Ottawa, ON
K1A 0L8​

If you want to go bigger, you can email to the Minister of Public Safety.

I'm not 100% sure writing to CBSA would help to close your security screening process. It could just happened to me with coincidental timing. Best of luck to everyone.

Inland, as also shown in signature. Though I don't think it matters where you send it from. Just put an extra "Canada" after the postal code if you send from outside Canada.

I havent ordered GCMS notes or any London office email. I was like Let it be whenever it comes. I stopped reading these forum posts too because it also gives you goose bumps of not having a ppr request up till now after 210 days.

CSIS and CBSA are Canadian intelligence organizations and they handle security background check for PR applicants. So you apply the notes if you are stuck at security clearance for a long time. CBSA notes include also gcms notes from what others say, but CSIS do not. I just applied for both CSIS and CBSA notes myself.
