No i am outland applicant.. i just wanted to confirm if everyone gets this status before their medical is extended or they get the request to redo medical

Yes i got renewed ... my Medical was expiring in May 2017 .. but i made CSE to cic for my medical. but they didnt replied,,, but in May when i got my GCMS i came to know that my medical was reassessed by RMO and update for next one year in Mar.2017 to Mar.2018.. so i hope you will also be renewed automatically.. but there is one person his medical was not renewed by them they asked for re-do medical .. now he gave 3rd medical. i hope you can find him in the fourm.

Finally got the golden email! It took exactly 13 months to get the passport request.
However, I have already sent my passport to Ottawa for TRV on last Monday. Not sure what to do in this situation. I have sent an email to CIC. I will talk with an agent on Monday morning.

Received my PPR today at 6pm EST. Finally my wait is over. After 11 months for Ontario-PNP and then 13 months for the PR it was a long, arduous, frustrating journey but thankfully it has finally ended. I might not be logging onto the forum from now on, but if anyone needs any help please do not hesitate to private message me so that I get an email notification and I will respond as soon as I can.

I hope you all receive your PPRs in quick time as well. Remember to keep your head up no matter how gloomy the situation might seem.

GCMS notes provide you the status of your file as it goes through different stages of processing.
If you are inland you can get it for free. if you are outland you can ask some relative or a friend who is in canda to order it for you. if no friend or relative in canada, you can use gcms providers to order it on your behalf. They charge 20 dollars at least for doing so. these links provide you an info on the kind of info you get from gcms:

are you a paper-based PNP applicant?

Emplyer verification is part of eligibility. You might have passed it. And now you might be stuck inbsecurity checks. Order gcms notes to know your exact status.

Yes if they decide to pass your eligibilty and initiate the security check

Hi Guys,

Good to see lot of movement here.

Can anybody tell me what are the options available in case if your CRS is between 350-400. I know PNP is one option but problem with PNP is that it will open for very short window and nominations will fill in hours.
Like in case of Nova scotia the site was down and busy all day

I mean I thought after employment verification is done by them over the phone with my HR, they will ask me and my wife to complete medical.

Hi Hamgha,i am looking at your ielts score of CLB 10 which is indeed a very high score. Did you take any ielts classes for that?.

Even native speakers a fail to achieve this type of score. I have my ielts exam in dec and your input will be of great help.

no, no classes. I actually even took the test after a 24 hour day without sleeping (insomnia!) i think a good language level + confidence + not being scared of taking exams is what helped me score that well.
