Hi Guys,
Please can someone help me with this.
I am filling up Express entry application under CEC inland, I am struck with this question.
I was refused US Student Visa(F1), Should I answer Yes for both of these questions or just the 2nd question?
Is F1 student visa considered as Temporary Resident Visa?Yes

1.Has ***** you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

2.Has ***** ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

Please help experts!

get in line :p
Inland applicant with 4 year residency in Canada are waiting for almost 9-10 months after AOR :p

Yup saw the stats on the tracker. But what's strange is that FSW is supposed to be a bit faster. But I guess, its a long wait for me too.
Cheers

Never wanted to be part of this group, but here I am :(
6 months passed, CEC inland, AOR 08Jan2017. Medical, Criminality, Eligibility, Passed. Background check in progress.

I call CIC today, and agent told me back ground check was started on 13 March 2017, and he cannot comment when it will be concluded. Its strange how CIC works, as I am already in Canada, and when they issued me student visa, at that time they must have performed a back ground check as well, they had no issue at that time. But now, I am in that long queue.

Seniors, any idea how much time it takes for CEC inland applicants to get clearance?

I have applied for 2 Study Permits, 1 Work Permit, 2 TRVs to CIC so far before PR application. I would 9 months for me in this July 24th :P

As far as I know CEC is being fastest for the last 1 year and PNP being slowest.

Sam, you are an October 24 applicant and I'm a November 13. About 20 days difference. However, we are both in this hell. Any idea what the best-case and worst-case scenarios would be?

I am here to join you guys. AOR 7th JAN. :) In this thread, I guess we will see most of the PNPs coming in soon

Will hit the 6mos mark in 3days.
AOR JAN13

Beat this:

12 months and 12days :D:D:D

Sorry don't want to beat that. Praying for yours, mine and all peoples PPR who have crossed 6 months timeline. But did you get your GCMS notes? Where it is stuck? What reasons?

Feel really sorry and terrible. I don't want to face such situation. :(
