Sorry don't want to beat that. Praying for yours, mine and all peoples PPR who have crossed 6 months timeline. But did you get your GCMS notes? Where it is stuck? What reasons?

Feel really sorry and terrible. I don't want to face such situation.

I really hope noone will face this.
I'm stuck on security screening since September 2016. without any specific reason for such a long delay. Hope July will bring us some luck and good news, I'm fed up with this whole thing and tired of their excuses.

What GCMS notes say? Did you call them and checked? Do you have lot of travel history? Even I have lot of travel history .. around 20+ countries visited.

GCMS notes say security outstanding group, security screening since Sept 2016, eligibilty passed in May 2017 (after almost a year since AOR???). Medicals passed and then extended recently.
Visited like 4 neighbouring countries (EU), no government, no military history.
PNP inland. Really don't see the light at the end of this tunnel.

Have you requested GCMS notes? That is the only way to know if your case is under SS

I've requested GCMS notes, but it'll take another 30 or so days, before I receive them. Are there any other indications that my case has been selected for Security Screening?

Just called IRCC and a nice lady told me that my application is still pending the results of security check. The request was sent in March.

nope I am single. No record visiting middle east. Not even a single parking ticket in Canada. Did not work for the government or the military.

Sam, you are an October 24 applicant and I'm a November 13. About 20 days difference. However, we are both in this hell. Any idea what the best-case and worst-case scenarios would be?

I've passed 12 months. There were few cases with 21 months and even bit longer

I am glad to say that I finally received PPR after 14 month of patience. I would advise everyone to order their notes regularly to check, don't lose hope. I wish you guys all the best

I just received a mail from CSIS. They received request for security screening for my husband on Sept 29, 2016 and sent advice on Sept. 30, 2016.
They haven't receive request for me, I'm principal applicant. they recommend to redirect my request to CBSA or IRCC.
