let's try it out. though my theory is - they will always have some applications with processing time beyond 6 months, if they decide to put more resources/effort into processing applications under 6 months threshold, they will likely focus on those who are close to 6 months, not those who have already passed it. we are statistical screw ups, they cannot fix the fact that we crossed the 6 months aspirational goal, hence we are not important anymore, statistically speaking.

Anyway, any movements this week? my file is quiet as hell.

I am scared to choose complaint. they ask your all information. if this effect our files because you never know which stupid office is controlling your file. :o

I already filled the complaint form expressed my dissatisfaction of processing time, after all we paid for the application to be expedited without any justification to the delay its concerning me.

guys, based on you experience do you see any pattern in processing applications that passed 6 months mark? For example, what kind of changes in the status appear to be indicative of some further movements? or overall what is the volume of pprs we have been receiving lately?

it seems to me "normal" applications are being processed as usual with weekly pprs, individually or in bulks. don't know why our group only had 1 person last week.

I guess, further an application gets away from the standard range, higher the chances become of it getting ignored, more. From the forum posts, it seems people still keep reporting PPRs around the six months mark (most of the cases 7-8 months), as it still adds some value to the secondary targets, like;
"80% of applications were processed within the 6 months (standard processing time) while only 20% took longer than that, of which another X percentage was processed within the 8 months."...

We rarely get to see an applicant reporting, "WOW, finally got my PPR after 11 months, or, after 13 months, after 14 months, and so on..."

yes last time i heard about temp that he/she got pr after almost 15 months

what baffles me is that i see people reporting that their BGC went back to in progress, then medicals got renewed or went to not needed and back to passed.....and then....nothing...again...no changes, no movement, no passport request. And that is weird as it doesn't take much labour to request a passport, yet...
