did you go medical again or you had 1 week (assuming you sent PP after 11month 1 week and got it back during 11 month 3rd week) to land in canada before your medical was due to expire?

Finally joining this thread. Today, March 3, marks my six months since I received AOR. BG went from not started to not needed. The last I heard from CIC was on January 20, 2016 when I was asked to upload my military record, given that I have never served in the military. I responded back the same day, received 3 ghost emails and since then, SILENCE.

I ordered my GCMS in early January, 2016 and received them on February 11.

Hi guys, Can any of you please advise. In case if the case is transferred to the LVO for further processing, who are the officers that work on our application? Are those the workers of local embassies and are they Canadians or local nationalities?

They are IRCC officers who happen to work at the IRCC visa offices inside embassies/consulates/high commissions.

Dear All,

PPR :) :) :) :) :)- Long wait is over. Got golden E mail after 7 months 9 days..........

Thanks to everyone for their valuable support and guidance. Thanks to Asivad,,,,,,,

Wish you all the very best for everyone who are awaiting for PPRs......

Indeed its long waiting time, but finally u achieved what u deserve!! Congratulations!!!!!

I just hit 10 months of waiting. CIC says it's the BG check that's still in progress.
Having lived in Canada for almost 8 years and having gotten many study permits, work permits and visas it seems very strange that the BG check is taking so long.
Is there anyone with a similar experience or can anyone offer a solution?

Hello,,im new here,,just want to ask something my AOR is July20 and its almost 7 1/2months,,our medical soon expires,,do i have to do it again since the status changed to passed to "in progress "again,,???

Hi guys,
Looks like I am not alone on this forum who has been waiting theis PRs for more then 6 months.
I have submitted all the docs after invitation by the 25th of August 2015, BC PNP inland applicant. So now it is 10 days overdue.
My friend has got his PR 2 week ago even thou he applied a week later then me.
I am expecting to get my notes in a week or so that I have ordered about a month ago to see what is going on.
Good luck guys, and remember whaever the desicion will be it is not the end of the world
Cheers!

I think they are more focusing on outland people since in land is already a part of their economy and allowing other to become as well so that they may prosper - my opinion..

Hi guys,

Going to join this group too. 6 months + 2 days.
Have ordered GSMC notes on Jan 28 and received by email yesterday - 508 pages.

On Nov 11 file was RFV.

After this I have 3 additional review - first saying that Police Certificates from Israel received again, second and third - with no notes at all.
Emailed yesterday to Ottawa, today in the morning received their response - file is under review and required additional verifications. Processing time will take longer than posted time.
