dear friend, based upon my research on this forum, its unlikely they reject you once 3-4 months pass after AOR.

However I have seen 1 case who got rejected after 4 months due to PCC as far as i remember the reason.

sadly I have seen cases of people gettting rejected even at 5 months, a few people in augus aor thread.

I dont remember any cases rejected after 6 or more months, but since everything got delayed, I don't think this means anything.. you can get rejected untill the very end, sadly but true

What CSE do you initiate when you get rejected for invalid medical. Just concerned since my medical is in review since 20 nov 2015. I am EE PNP Outland candidate

Depends on reason of rejection..
Mine was passed, then back to under review for a couple of days and rejected.

Did you order gcms? Why is your mefical under review?

If you have LMIA positive and i have 900 point n i got ITA then .....about Background check I worried my last company's employer.. he was not happy with me so any thing can happen if someone visit or call that company for my enquiry...

No i didnt order GCMS yet, people on forum told me that they pass medical in gcms and dont update profile. Can you guide me quick and authentic agent/website where to order gcms from?

Medicals are finally passed after I did the re-assessment and sent the results to Ottawa.
However, background check is "still in progress"! I am coming up on my 11th month... I really hope the end is near!

I got AOR on 5th Nov-15 and Medicals passed after few days only (15th Nov-15). Since then it is REVIEW IN PROGRESS. It has been 4 months.

Any idea if it is alright?

yes its normal, as i have seen only medical changes to pass and other remains in progress till PPR and subsequent application approved and closed status.

AOR: 2 Nov 2015
add doc req and sub (sch 4/4a): 3 Nov 2015
Medical in review since: 20 Nov 2015
BG in review since: 23 Dec 2015

I have contacted medical clinic on 25 Feb 2016 and they have informed me that there are no further medical test requirement from CIC in my case and they have successfully submitted my medical to CIC on 12 Nov 2015 along with additional echo/ecg reports and cardio doctor anaylsis.

Heard no updates since 23 Dec 2015, I am PNP (ON) outland NOC 1111 (expected VO London).
