Officially completing 7 months this weekend.

I honestly, did not expect to be in this position back in April 19 when they asked for RPRF and file moved to IP2. 6 weeks have gone and still nothing.
Completed 7 months yesterday. One good thing is that right after it I found that I'm not that worried about PPR anymore. What is the worst case, one year of waiting? C'mon, it will come really soon. Even if it takes 1 year and 2 months with the security screening (hope it won't), I'll still get PPR before 2020 and will be able to celebrate new year together with my whole family. Relax bro, we will get it soon :)

That is true we are going to get it at some point!! But the hardest part is not everybody's life is the same that they can afford to be carefree and put their life on hold for an uncertain period of time. It's not the waiting that's the biggest concern :)

They will either extend your medicals or ask you to take a new one :)
If they extend our medical test validity OR ask us to take new one (which again will be valid for another year) then do we get one more year OR at least more time to do the soft landing in canada?

I have completed 8 months already(applied on Oct 4) with only ONE update: Passed medical exam.
I request my notes and saw that my application is assigned to this code not sure if it is a person or a department, but it takes forever...Single Applicant, all good from my side, Provincial Nomination, anyways, super frustrated.

Hello all,
I am reaching 7 months after AOR. All my checks have been passed, but security, which started back in April.
I am wondering, could CBSA or CSIS be reached to check status? Do attorneys like Mark Holthe able to help if security drags on forever? I ordered CBSA notes, but what information do we get from CSIS notes?

Another question, in light of not wanting to put my life on hold in period of wait, I am contemplating of moving from US back to China for a period of time, do you think it will prolong my application even further?

Thanks for all the guidance ahead of time.

I just found this thread so I thought I post my status here as well
IMy AOR was November 2018 and there's only been one update in my profile since I created it and it's the medical exam.
I sent a few emails and they only told me that my application will be reviewed soon. So I requested a GCMS note and I'm waiting for a reply. In the meantime, i got an email from IRCC:
"
Good day,
Please be informed that your application is currently in queue for review by an officer. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with a date on which your file will be reviewed.
Please be assured that you will be contacted immediately should further information be required or regarding the next steps in your file.
We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.
Regards,"

I have the exact same blanked out sections as you. My A39-41 us 0 but under this, there's about more than half page blanked out ( same as you). I also another blank pager under Associations. and my 'other requirement' is in progress. My case is also stopped at 'eligibility'. Everything else is cleared. looks like the CIC process harder now if they feel there's only a little bit concern.
Hi
Did you have any progress in a39-a41??
How long did it take to conclude this section???
