…I am the last one still fighting with cic. My ee medical gonna expired within a month...
dunno what to do.. have another fsw file in hkvo waiting for 1.5 year and not receive medical request. :-[

So, you are waiting for more than 11 months now, right? Did you have any changes recently (ghost updates, bg check, medical or etc.)? Could you please share your full timeline again please?

It's hard to say what to do about medical. I think CIC will extend your medical results. When I called CIC with this question they said the don't know. Everything depends on officer decision.

yes i got my third gcms notes its the same on my second gcms notes. i mailed to cic
they have replied me application is still need verification that don't know how long it will take

There is no grantee a MP contact CIC on behalf of you. In my case my own MP didn't reply even after me sending two emails to him with all the information. So in the end I had to wait till CIC get back to me. I've been there so I totally understand your frustration but I don't think asking a complete stranger, who don't have any obligation to you, to look at your file is a good idea.

No. You're just a PR applicant, you mean nothing to a Canadian MP.

It's not completely true. I have multiple friends who contacted MPs in the past about delays in PR applications and in general, they are helpful.

EDIT: All inland applicants though (student, worker , etc)
